Please note: if you want to return these please; undamaged, unused and in theoriginalreturn packaging.
If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. The return costs are unfortunately for the account of the customer. You can submit a return request via lahmidi@live.nl
If the product or packaging is damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, make sure that it is in its original condition and well-packaged for return shipment.
We recommend that you send your return by registered post. You are responsible for loss or damage of the product during shipment. Therefore, keep the proof of shipment until you have received notification that your return has been processed.
Can I exchange my product?
It is not possible to exchange an item online for another item. In that case you can return the product within 14 days after receipt of your order. Any new items can be posted in the online storepurchased.
Money back online
If we have received your return in its original condition and within 14 days of receipt of your package, we will refund the purchase amount of the product as soon as possible, but no later than 7 working days, to the account number with which you paid. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Money return in store
Exchange within 7 days. We do not refund money for products purchased in-store.
Money return market
Products purchased on the market cannot be exchanged or returned.
Not return
Cut-to-size fabrics, custom fabrics ordered by the customer and deposited fabrics paid online or in store cannot be exchanged or returned.
In the case of a deposited fabric; If you cancel the order, you will lose your deposit.
