Which carrier will ship my order?
You can choose which parcel carrier will deliver your order. This is PostNL or DHL Express.
All packages sent with PostNL are sent insured.
DHL Express has an average delivery time of 1-2 working days. They do not deliver packages on weekends, only during the week.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, after entering your address. Shipping costs may vary depending on weight and destination.

When will my package be shipped?

**No deliveries on national holidays.

It may happen that we do not meet our usual delivery time, for example if it is very busy. If this is the case, we will send your package the next day.

I have not received a shipping confirmation
It may happen that the shipping confirmation is blocked by the spam filter of your email program. So just to be sure, check your spam box and your spam filter and adjust them if necessary. Also make sure that your email address has been entered correctly.

Import duties and taxes:
International customers: Shipping costs do not include import duties and taxes. International taxes, tariffs and value added tax (VAT) are calculated and charged once it arrives in the destination country. You are responsible for these costs yourself. LAHMIDI does not reimburse this.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, therefore we cannot predict what they will be. For more information about customs policies and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Refuse shipment or not collected from a collection point:
Shipping costs are non-refundable if you refuse shipments from LAHMIDI. You are responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your product purchase.

If you are not at home during the delivery of your package, your package will be taken to a collection point. If you do not collect it during the specified period, it will be sent back to us. We do not reimburse return costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your product purchase.
